Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Alayabystage3 tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
